RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact our Customer Care team with any inquiries in regards to Returns on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. (Excluding discounted items).
To process a return, please email email@example.com
We only offer refunds where you have received the t-shirt and it is:
- faulty (other than where the fault is caused by you)
- Incorrect size
- are misdescribed by us (as determined by us in our sole discretion)
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and unmarked.
The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs. We advised using a track and trace method of shipping, Teedout will not be reprehensible for lost items.
Once received, we will the assess your item and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges, if you would like a different size please send the item back for a full refund (please email us for the returns postal address) and re-order the replacement online.
